Help us feed the world. Sustainably.
Our teams are located across the UK and the USA along with our head office based in Sydney, Australia.
Working in a fast-paced environment, the Customer Support Coordinator will be responsible for assisting all AgriWebb users with day to day inquiries via phone calls and our live online conversation system, Intercom. You will also support our customers by providing product training on request and proactively supporting clients throughout their lifecycle with AgriWebb.
AgriWebb’s leading “Supply Chain Manager” is already utilised by retailers and food processors around the world and provides a unique opportunity to both ensure the success of these keystone customers as well as expand the engagement. You will work with the Country Manager to understand these key accounts, their personnel and the value that they are deriving from usage of the AgriWebb platform. Using this knowledge you will further understand how these enterprises could further benefit from AgriWebb and progress towards subsequent contracts.
The Financial Controller is a new position for AgriWebb. It is a hands-on role with scope to define complete responsibility for global accounting and reporting functions. Key to the position is the continual development of timely financial reporting, and robust policies and procedures to ensure that AgriWebb remains financially sound and meets all statutory and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the CFO to optimise AgriWebb’s global management and financial reporting processes.
At AgriWebb we are always on the look out for passionate people to join us in our mission to digitise the future of agriculture. If you thrive on solving unique problems and are committed to building a sustainable world, we’d love to hear from you!
The Head of Growth will play a major part in defining the role of Growth at AgriWebb and how we move from a fast moving startup with a global presence to a household name. This is a highly collaborative and cross functional role which will work across the business to help us define a new category and drive hyper-growth for the business.
A Product Designer is responsible for creating and extending products in AgriWebb’s product suite. This role works closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers and customers to understand customer problems, how we can address them, and then providing the details and design required to deliver solutions.
Your challenge will be to design something that is powerful, but simple to use, particularly given our unique customer base, who need a product that can stand up to extreme environmental challenges such as being used in the rain, whilst wearing gloves and handling one tonne animals!
As AgriWebb grows, we are expanding our Product Management Team to make sure we have a clear picture of the challenges our customers face and how we can solve them using our products. The primary focus of this role is ensuring those solutions are well understood and documented before the Engineers start building them. The Product Manager will work within the existing Product Management team as well as with customers, Engineers and Designers. New things are always discovered during development, so we temper the desire to understand as much as we can about a problem, with a collaborative, agile and iterative approach.
As the Senior Fullstack Software Engineer you are responsible for delivering end-to-end functions for AgriWebb customers. The role leverages a flexible tech stack of TypeScript and Node.js for server-side code, with Angular and Ionic for applications, also written using TypeScript, allowing for easy code reuse between the platforms.
